Michelle was wonderful in arranging our complicated and exciting visit to Australia and New Zealand. Every arrangement from trains to tours to hotels worked seamlessly. I never could have put it all together without her knowledge and ability. It was a pleasure working with her.

I haven't been to Disney in 30 years and the second I opened the Disney Website I knew I was never going to be able to plan this trip alone! Michelle was recommended to me by a friend and 24 hours later my hotel and dining was booked my fast passes were picked out and our day was outlined for us! What an AMAZING trip we had that would have never been possible without all of the effort by Michelle. She had the patience of a saint with us being Disney first timers! Michelle was amazing! She was very knowledgable about "all things Disney". Even though I have been to Disney many times before, Michelle made the planning process so much easier. Michelle helped us book an all inclusive trip for our family of 5. The resort was perfect and she was amazing! So helpful and constantly checking for best rates and resort for Us. We are already looking into our next trip and also booking a Disney cruise though her. Although you can do things online by yourself, having a professional who can answer your questions, get you the best rate and ensure everything is perfect is priceless...and Michelle is the one to work with!

Although Michelle's specialty is planning Disney experiences, she has some other hidden talents! We were pleased to have booked 4 people for a trip to an adult-only all-inclusive with Michelle to Aruba.
From the very beginning before booking Michelle was quick with an e-mail response. Her price was the best that we could find, and several months after booking when the price went down again Michelle rebooked it for us without any problems.
During the months leading up to our trip whenever we had a question it was answered promptly. At the last minute...when there was some question about the resort honoring room types that had been booked, Michelle not only e-mailed the resort herself, but also had our tour operator US Airways send along an e-mail. Success!!! We had the most beautiful rooms at the resort and we were very pleased.

A few weeks ago we got back from a great vacation in Disney thanks to Michelle. This was our 9th trip to Disney World and our first trip planned by Michelle. We cannot believe how much information there was that we didn’t know anything about. She has so many tips that she shared that it felt like it was our first trip. She got us into Be Our Guest restaurant which was on top of our list and we had never been able to get into before and also made sure to get our daughter into meet her favorite princesses, Elsa and Anna which made her trip!! I think she stayed up all night to get us that FastPass and we will be eternally grateful. We started out the process with a travel agent and ended with a friend. We will never plan a trip without Michelle again.

We used Michelle to help plan our family vacation that included 12 adults and kids. She was up at the crack of dawn making sure we got all of the restaurant reservations we wanted and fast pass selections.
